Community Relations Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To promote services and develop strategic partnerships, the full-time Community Relations Outreach Specialist will manage referral relationships, engage with stakeholders, and implement growth tactics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring providers and identify new partnership opportunities
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, including cold calls and networking events, to promote services
• Document interactions and analyze data to inform decision-making and meet departmental objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in business development or a related role
• Experience with strategic planning and negotiation
• Proficiency in software programs, including Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license with insurable status
