Job Summary

To engage with diverse online communities, the full-time remote Community Social Media Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that maintains authenticity and fosters trust among users.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining optimal posting and interaction strategies
• Measure key metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic to assess community health

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how language models cite sources
• Ability to create engaging content that makes complex topics relatable and authentic
• Experience in building and managing active online communities
• A strategic mindset focused on long-term organic trust rather than quick wins
