Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Social Media Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that maintains authenticity and measures engagement metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key social media channels
• Develop a strategic playbook for community engagement and content posting
• Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences
• Strategic mindset with a focus on building long-term organic trust
