To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Social Media Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing strategies for authentic user interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community platforms
• Develop a playbook for engagement tailored to each community's culture
• Measure and analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or similar consumer-facing industries
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences
• Proven track record of building authentic and trusted online communities
