Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Solutions Architect to join their Community Strategy and Insights team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the long-term roadmap for the community tech stack, ensuring tools are integrated and scalable
• Act as the primary architect for the community CRM, ensuring data integrity and driving adoption
• Lead the selection and rollout of new tools, designing workflows that connect community engagement with business data

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Technical Program Management, Systems Architecture, or Community Operations
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM architecture, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and CRM tools like Tableau or SQL
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and implement strategies hands-on
• Exceptional ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
