Job Summary

A company is looking for a MMORPG Community Steward.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Ironworks Discord server and implement engagement strategies
Oversee the Ironworks Reddit, promote community growth, and manage moderators
Serve as the primary liaison between the Ironworks community and the core team, organizing events and fostering communication

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry
In-depth knowledge of Discord and community management tools
Experience in managing online events and initiatives for player engagement
Familiarity with MMORPGs and online gaming communities
Passion for contributing to the growth of web3 gaming ecosystems
