A company is looking for a Manager, Organic Community & Channel Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow the company's organic presence across key channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, including posting strategies and engagement guidelines
• Measure key metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
• Experience in building systems for community engagement
• Ability to navigate and contribute authentically across various social platforms
