A company is looking for a Manager, Organic Community & Channel Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow the company's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop a playbook for engagement in each community, including posting and replying strategies
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation to assess community impact

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and LLM citation
• Proven ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
• Experience in building systems for community engagement
• Ability to write authentically across various platforms without corporate jargon
