Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow the company's organic presence across key community channels
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, including posting and interaction guidelines
• Measure and analyze community metrics such as sentiment and referral traffic

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" or "stressful" categories
• Experience in building systems for community engagement rather than relying on trends
• Demonstrated ability to navigate diverse platforms with an authentic voice
