Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing a comprehensive content and engagement strategy that maintains authenticity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community channels
• Develop a playbook for effective engagement strategies tailored to each platform
• Measure and analyze key metrics such as sentiment and referral traffic to gauge community impact

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and content strategies that resonate with target audiences
• Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
• Experience in building and nurturing online communities
• A strategic mindset focused on long-term organic trust over quick wins
