Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing strategies for authentic user interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining best practices for posting and responding
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how large language models cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" or "stressful" categories
• Experience building systems and strategies for community engagement
• A genuine, relatable writing style that resonates across social media platforms
