Job Summary

To enhance community engagement and brand authenticity, the full-time remote Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing a comprehensive content and engagement strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community platforms
• Develop a playbook for engagement strategies tailored to each community
• Measure community sentiment and referral traffic to assess engagement effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
• Experience in developing scalable content and engagement strategies
• Ability to navigate and contribute authentically across various social platforms
