Community Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that fosters authentic interactions with users.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement that outlines posting strategies and engagement tactics
• Measure community sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation to assess impact

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
• Experience building systems to foster community engagement rather than relying solely on trends
• Ability to write authentically and connect with users across various platforms
