To enhance community engagement, the full-time salaried Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, developing strategies that foster authentic interactions with users in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining optimal posting and interaction strategies
• Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
• Experience building systems for community engagement rather than relying on trends
• A genuine, relatable writing style that resonates with diverse online audiences
