Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve Khanmigo moderation processes
- Advocate for tool and product needs around community safety
- Represent user safety in new feature development processes
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years professional trust and safety experience
- 1+ years experience working closely with product teams
- Experience operating a content moderation program or team
- Expertise in relevant laws and trends in online trust and safety
- Experience managing and executing projects of medium-to-large complexity
