Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve Khanmigo moderation processes
  • Advocate for tool and product needs around community safety
  • Represent user safety in new feature development processes

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years professional trust and safety experience
  • 1+ years experience working closely with product teams
  • Experience operating a content moderation program or team
  • Expertise in relevant laws and trends in online trust and safety
  • Experience managing and executing projects of medium-to-large complexity
