Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Voice Lead (Product Analyst).

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and optimize a system for exploring and advocating signals from the Community
Synthesize Host feedback to determine sentiment and inform senior stakeholders
Support and grow Host participation and synthesis of Early access feedback

Required Qualifications:

10+ years work experience in Community Building, Strategy, Innovation, or Product
Extensive Voice of Customer or Product experience
Strong analytical and data acumen
Experience advocating for customers and getting stakeholder buy-in
Experience leading innovation from ideation to implementation and scale
