Job Summary

To support a vital healthcare service, the full-time Compact Licensed Answering Service RN will manage incoming patient calls, triage inquiries using Nurse Triage protocols, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer and triage incoming calls, ensuring "First Call Resolution" and accurate documentation of nursing advice
• Maintain high audit scores and minimize downtime by assisting with departmental tasks and training new hires
• Notify physicians of emergency complaints and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality are upheld at all times

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing
• 2-3 years of professional nursing experience
• Compact RN license (Multi-State Registered Nurse Licensure)
• Proficiency in electronic medical charting and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and phone skills
