Compact Licensed Clinical Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing remote monitoring program, the full-time Compact Licensed Clinical Nurse will engage with patients via telephone to educate, assess, document, and escalate findings, ensuring a compassionate and evidence-based care experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic assessments and patient outreach based on care protocols and alerts
• Manage assigned call queues efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and service-level standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and contribute insights for service excellence

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or other language)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in telehealth or remote monitoring
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical judgment and proficiency in electronic health tools and documentation
