Job Summary

A company is looking for a LPN/LVN- Compact License.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for patients on the RPM365 platform
Assist with device setup and app connectivity
Engage with patients to ensure adherence to care plans

Required Qualifications

Active COMPACT nursing license
Knowledge of chronic conditions and related monitoring devices
Knowledge of remote patient monitoring CPT code qualifications
Proficiency with technology, computer platforms, and smartphones
Experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, education, and/or customer service is preferred
