Compact Licensed Occupational Health RN

Job Summary

To cover PTO for other Occupational Health Nurses, the part-time temporary Compact Licensed Occupational Health RN will manage wellness programs, maintain documentation for occupational health records, and collaborate with EHS professionals to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain current occupational health wellness programs and documentation systems in the absence of the primary occupational health nurse
• Collaborate with EHS professionals on investigations and ensure proper communication regarding occupational health reporting
• Manage case management programs, facilitating timely return to work and coordination with healthcare professionals and insurance representatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Compact License and Registered Nurse license to practice
• Minimum of 5 years of Occupational Health program management experience
• Experience with Workers Compensation laws and OSHA recordkeeping criteria
• Certification in Occupational Health and Case Management preferred
