Job Summary

To support patient success remotely, the full-time Compact Licensed Physical Therapist will provide monitoring services, assist users in therapeutic exercises, and maintain records while fostering relationships to enhance musculoskeletal health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring services for patients progressing through home-exercise therapy programs
• Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and functional training via the technology platform
• Maintain necessary records and provide ongoing feedback to clinicians regarding patient progress

Required qualifications

• Active PT license in a compact state
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms efficiently
