Job Summary

To support patient success in a remote environment, the full-time Compact Licensed Physical Therapist will provide remote monitoring services, assist users in therapeutic exercises, and maintain records while fostering relationships to enhance musculoskeletal health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring services to support patients through their home-exercise therapy program
• Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via the technology platform
• Organize and manage a caseload while providing ongoing feedback to clinicians on patient progress

Required qualifications

• Active PT license in a compact state and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms (EHR, messaging, scheduling)
• Experience in behavioral modification and Health Coach Certification is a plus
• Demonstrated patient focus with strong relationship-building skills
