Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary

To support patient success remotely, the full-time Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant will provide monitoring services, assist users in therapeutic exercises, and maintain records while fostering relationships to enhance musculoskeletal health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring services for patients progressing through home-exercise therapy programs
• Direct users in therapeutic exercise and functional training using the technology platform
• Maintain necessary records and provide feedback to clinicians on patient progress

Required qualifications

• Active PTA license in a compact state
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms efficiently
• Experience in behavioral modification or Health Coach Certification is a plus
