Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Care Navigator) to support patient success through remote monitoring and intervention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring services to support patients in their home-exercise therapy program
• Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and functional training through a technology platform
• Maintain necessary records and provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active PTA license in a compact state
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable switching between various systems
• Experience in behavioral modification or Health Coach Certification is a plus
