Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Care Navigator) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring services for patients in their home-exercise therapy program
• Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and functional training via a technology platform
• Maintain records and provide feedback on patient progress to the evaluating clinician

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active PTA license in a compact state
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Experience in behavioral modification or Health Coach Certification is a plus
