Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary

To support patient success remotely, the full-time Compact Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant will provide monitoring services, assist users in therapeutic exercises, and maintain records while fostering relationships to guide patients through their recovery process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring services for patients in their home-exercise therapy program
• Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and functional training through a technology platform
• Maintain necessary records and provide ongoing feedback to clinicians on patient progress

Required qualifications

• Active PTA license in a compact state
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
• Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating multiple platforms (EHR, messaging, scheduling)
• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus
