Job Summary

To support a vital mission in behavioral health, the full-time remote Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers, utilize clinical decision-making for appropriate care placement, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics
• Collaborate with intake teams, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate timely placements
• Monitor patient flow and track delays to improve access processes for better outcomes

Required qualifications

• Active Compact LPN License
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Critical Care with Behavioral Health patients
• High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and EMTALA compliance
• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills
