Compact Licensed Registered Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for the National After-Hours Team, part-time, with a compact license.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic care and direction to members and facility staff during after-hours
• Assist with care coordination activities and triage incoming calls to determine appropriate care levels
• Document clinical information and escalate calls to the appropriate Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted compact RN license in specified states with willingness to obtain additional licenses
• 3+ years of clinical experience in relevant healthcare settings
• Dedicated space for a home office setup and access to high-speed internet
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Computer/typing proficiency for data entry in electronic clinical records
