Compact Licensed RN Quality Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Senior Clinical Quality Consultant Compact Lic CST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic, patient-centered clinical consults and assessments
• Manage outbound calls for patient education and appointment scheduling
• Document calls and actions taken within core systems and ensure adherence to established protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license with a Compact License
• 4+ years of RN experience, including managed care setting experience
• 2+ years of experience in HEDIS/Star programs and call center experience
• Proficient in data analysis and quality chart reviews
• Solid knowledge of Medicare HEDIS/Stars measures
