Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Clinic Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real-time clinic flow, staffing decisions, and patient progression
• Serve as the clinical-operations bridge, translating provider needs into actions
• Oversee team performance, including QA, coaching, and training for non-clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Active RN with Compact licensure; BSN required, MSN or graduate degree preferred
• 3+ years of clinical experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care
• 2+ years in healthcare operations, clinic management, or care coordination leadership
• Experience in telehealth strongly preferred
• Ability to create SOPs and escalation frameworks in ambiguous situations
