Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their remote Call Center team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound and occasional outbound calls while assessing patient needs and offering medical advice
• Document patient care interactions and collaborate with healthcare providers to address care discrepancies
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered compact RN licensure in good standing
• Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
• At least 5+ years of clinical experience in telemedicine, acute care, critical care, or primary care
• Above average proficiency in technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Availability to work extended hours, including certain weekends and holidays
