Compact Licensed Telehealth RN

Job Summary

Supporting military communities, the full-time Remote Compact Licensed Telehealth RN will triage symptoms, deliver immediate care advice, and offer health education while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Triage symptoms and assess callers using evidence-based protocols
• Deliver immediate care advice, recommending next steps calmly and confidently
• Document interactions accurately in the EHR and collaborate with a supportive team

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recent hands-on acute care RN experience, with ER or Med-Surg preferred
• Current Compact RN License in good standing from the state of residence
• BSN degree from an accredited American university
• Confidence with phone-based care and multi-screen computer systems
• Strong clinical judgment and emotional intelligence
