Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to support injured workers in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement effective treatment plans
  • Assess the recovery of disabled individuals and modify case goals based on their progress
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice; experience in workers' compensation preferred
  • Licenses: Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Certifications: URAC-recognized case management certification may be required
  • Internet: Reliable internet connection is necessary
