Compact LPN Behavioral Health

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time night shift basis, the Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Transfer Center will screen and coordinate patient admissions, collaborate with healthcare teams for timely placements, and monitor patient flow to enhance access to care.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics
• Collaborate with intake teams and healthcare staff to facilitate timely and appropriate placements
• Monitor patient flow and track delays to improve access processes and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Active Compact LPN/RN License
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Emergency Department/Critical Care with Behavioral Health patients
• High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including EMTALA and quality initiatives
• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills
