Job Summary

To support a vital mission in behavioral health, the full-time remote Compact LPN Behavioral Health will screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers, ensuring timely placements while collaborating with various healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics
• Collaborate with intake teams, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate timely and appropriate placements
• Monitor patient flow and track delays to improve access processes for better outcomes

Required qualifications

• Active Compact LPN License
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Emergency Department/Critical Care
• High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including EMTALA and quality initiatives
• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills
