Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers, utilizing clinical decision-making to ensure appropriate care levels while collaborating with various healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics
• Collaborate with intake teams, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate timely placements
• Monitor patient flow and assist in improving access processes for better outcomes

Required qualifications

• Active Compact LPN License
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Critical Care with Behavioral Health patients
• High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including EMTALA
• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills
