Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Clinical Care Supervisor responsible for leading a team of Inbound Patient Care Coordinators in the Clinical Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical inbound group and oversee team performance
• Provide ongoing coaching and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to track team efficiency and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• An active, Compact LPN/LVN or RN License
• 1+ year of supervisory or management experience in a remote contact center
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Docs/Sheets
• Able to coach and motivate employees through positive communication
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and adaptable to new situations
