Compact LPN Nurse Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Dispatch LPN, Hospice & HH- PT to work part-time every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage encounters requiring nurse visits and organize them into a workgroup
• Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity and identify the appropriate on-call staff member
• Make outbound calls to arrange visits and communicate call information to customers

Required Qualifications

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
• Experience with end-of-life care is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient in speaking, writing, and reading
• Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy
• Available to work part-time every other weekend from 10am to 7pm CST
