Compact LPN Nurse Triage

Job Summary

To support hospice and home health services, the part-time Remote Dispatch LPN Nurse Triage will manage nurse visit encounters, prioritize based on acuity, and coordinate with on-call staff every other weekend from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage encounters requiring nurse visits as organized by triage nurses
• Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity and identify the correct on-call staff member using internal tools
• Place outbound calls to on-call staff to arrange visits and relay necessary information

Required qualifications

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
• Experience with end-of-life care is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading
• Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy
• Available to work every other weekend from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST
