Compact RN - After-Hours Team

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for the National After-Hours Team in a part-time, remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic care and direction to members and facility staff during after-hours
• Assist in care coordination activities and collaborate with nursing facilities and community members
• Document clinical information and escalate appropriate calls to the NAHT Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted compact RN license in the primary state
• 3+ years of clinical experience in relevant healthcare settings
• Dedicated space for a home office setup
• Access to high-speed internet services
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
