Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advice Line RN I.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers, providing compassionate and informed triage
• Conduct outbound communications for follow-up and care coordination with multiple healthcare providers and settings
• Consult and coordinate with internal and external team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience in adult primary care and/or pediatric care in various settings
• Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred or willingness to obtain within 24 months)
• Nursing program transcripts showing a passing grade in Microbiology with Lab
• Compact Resident RN in good standing, with the ability to apply to non-compact states as needed
• Availability to work 10-30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
