Compact RN Care Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Triage Nurse (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Triage patient care needs over the phone and provide medical advice
• Maintain confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Manage incoming referrals and ensure timely initiation of care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Compact RN License
• Managerial experience preferred
• Current license in state of practice and CPR certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a home health nurse
• Bachelor's degree preferred
