Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured individuals
• Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
• Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates as needed

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with experience in workers' compensation preferred
• Certifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and URAC-recognized case management certification required
• Internet: Must have reliable internet access
