Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Review / Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals
• Coordinate and assess medical services, exploring vocational options for injured workers
• Collaborate with all parties involved in the claims process, including injured persons, claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers

Required Qualifications

• Unencumbered compact RN license required
• CCM certification strongly preferred
• Experience in Utilization Review (UR) and worker's compensation case management required
• Professional licenses or certifications must be current and unrestricted
• Must adhere to the standards of practice outlined by the national certifying body or jurisdictional standards
