Compact RN Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals
• Assess recovery progress through interviews and modify case goals as needed
• Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
• Active compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, or COHN) required
• Reliable internet access is mandatory
