Compact RN Clinical Admin

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Admin RN - Family Advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide members with tools and educational support to navigate the health care system
• Assist members with adverse determinations and the appeal process
• Track activities and provide documentation for customer reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted compact RN license
• 2+ years of acute nursing experience
• 2+ years of behavioral health nursing experience
• 2+ years of Medicaid waiver experience
• Basic computer proficiency (i.e. MS Word, Outlook)
