Compact RN Clinical Nurse Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager who will lead a new nursing team and manage clinical operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced clinical judgment to triage patient symptoms and manage acute exacerbations of chronic conditions
• Conduct clinical reviews of refill requests and abnormal lab results to ensure timely interventions
• Oversee daily RN task distribution and collaborate on workflow optimization and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with RN compact license
• 5+ years of clinical RN experience in Primary Care, Endocrinology, or Obesity Medicine
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a nursing role
• Experience in telemedicine or remote patient monitoring
