Compact RN Clinical Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Team Lead - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and onboarding of new staff
• Monitor quality and performance, providing feedback and mentorship to the team
• Serve as the first line of contact for clinical issues and assist with project leadership

Required Qualifications

• Active, current, and unrestricted compact RN licensure in state of residence
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends/holidays
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
• 2 or more years of clinical and managed care experience
• Associates degree required; BSN preferred
