Compact RN Denials Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Denials (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks correspondence issues to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Provides expert knowledge and guidance to the correspondence team for issue resolution and processing
• Evaluates team performance and provides coaching to improve documentation and quality of correspondence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of NCQA, federal, and state requirements preferred
• Knowledge of the denials process preferred
• Compact RN license required
