Compact RN Hospice Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
• Access electronic medical records (EMRs) for charting and utilize internal applications during calls
• Complete required charting and shift preparation before and after taking calls

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as emergency departments or critical care is required
• Must be comfortable with technology applications for documentation during calls
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
